Ellen was amazing to work with! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She kept me updated throughout the whole process and even sent me a photo of the arrangement before delivering it. The flowers turned out beautiful and were exactly what I was hoping for!

These flowers I ordered for my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary are absolutely stunning. The arrangement is full, vibrant, and beautifully balanced, with such a rich mix of colors and textures. What really stood out was the level of care and customer service behind it. I was continuously updated on the status of the order. They reached out mentioning they were waiting on yellow flowers to be delivered to the store, and even though the delivery didn’t seem late at all, they still went above and beyond by adding extra blooms. That kind of attention to detail and customer experience is rare. You can tell a lot of pride went into this—it’s not just a bouquet, it feels intentional and special. This was my first time purchasing flowers from a florist professionally and Ivy And Sterling did not disappoint. Ellen was super helpful and easy to communicate with to help walk me through the process of getting a bouquet for my girlfriend for Valentine’s Day. She helped me to slightly alter one of the bouquets from her website and kept it within my given price range. And since I also live in Jefferson, she even delivered them to my house for me on Valentine’s Day. Definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future next time I need a bouquet!
